To engender greater fellowship and knowledge among the Midwest Shrine Centers and their members and to secure greater recognition of the institution of Shriner’s International throughout the territory of this association (14 Shrine chapters in Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Saskatchewan and Manitoba – NW Ontario).
